Holistic Spiritual Rejuvenation

Swedish massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who:

  • are new to massage

  • have a lot of tension

  • are sensitive to touch

It can help release muscle knots, and it’s also a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage.

For this massage, you’ll remove your clothes, though you may choose to keep your underwear on. You may be covered with a sheet or towel while lying on the massage table (optional). I will move the sheet to uncover areas that I actively work on (optional).

I will use a combination of:

  • kneading

  • long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart

  • deep circular motions

  • vibration and tapping

  • passive joint movement techniques

Usually a Swedish massage will last for 60–90 minutes.

Aromatherapy massages are best for people who want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. This type of massage can help:

  • boost your mood

  • reduce stress and anxiety

  • reduce symptoms of depression

  • relieve muscle tension

  • relieve pain

Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. I will usually decide which essential oils to use, but you can let me know if you have a preference. Essential oils are diluted before being applied to the skin.

During the massage, you’ll be given a full-body massage while inhaling essential oils through a diffuser and absorbing them through your skin. Sometimes an aromatherapy massage will only focus on your back, shoulders, and head. You won’t wear any clothing other than underwear, which is optional. Towel or sheet optional.

An aromatherapy massage is 60–90 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Aromatherapy combines the gentle touches of Swedish massage with the addition of essential oils.

  • Do not use this type of massage if you’re sensitive to smell or essential oils.

Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

During a deep tissue massage, your massage therapist will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues. You can be naked during this massage or wear your underwear.Towel or sheet optional.

The massage will last for 60–90 minutes.

While deep tissue may be more intense, you shouldn’t feel any pain or soreness.

SUMMARY:

  • Deep tissue massage is a good option if you have a lot of muscle tension or chronic pain.

  • Avoid this type of massage if you’re overly sensitive to pressure.

Sports massage is a good option if you have a repetitive use injury to a muscle, such as what you may get from playing a sport. It’s also a good option if you’re prone to injuries because it can be used to help prevent sports injuries. You may also use sports massage to increase flexibility and performance. Additionally, sports massage can be used to relieve pain, anxiety, and muscle tension.

A sports massage can be done as a full-body massage or may focus on the parts of the body that need the most attention. Deep pressure may be alternated with soothing strokes depending on your needs.

You can have a sports massage while clothed or naked. If you prefer to wear clothing, make sure it’s thin, loose, and allows me to access your muscles. Loose shorts and a tank top are options. Towel or sheet optional.

The massage will last for 60–90 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Sports massage is a good option if you have an injury from repetitive muscle use.

  • This type of massage may also help improve flexibility and sports performance, and reduce your risk for injury

I normally do this type of massage vs Deep Tissue

Trigger point massages are best suited for people who have injuries, chronic pain, or a specific issue or condition. Sometimes areas of tightness in the muscle tissues, known as trigger points, can cause pain in other parts of the body. By focusing on relieving trigger points, this type of massage can reduce pain.

Trigger point massage uses broad, flowing strokes that are gentle and relaxing combined with stronger, deeper pressure. The massage will include work on your entire body, though I will focus on specific areas of your body that need to be released. You can wear lightweight clothing for the massage or be fully or partially undressed. Towel or sheet optional.

This type of massage will usually last for 60–90 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Trigger point massage can help you manage chronic pain.

  • Wear lightweight clothing for this type of massage.

Reflexology is best for people who are looking to relax or restore their natural energy levels. It’s also a good option if you aren’t comfortable being touched on your entire body. Reflexology uses gentle to firm pressure on different pressure points of the feet, hands, and ears. You can wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your legs.

A reflexology massage lasts for 30–60 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Reflexology focuses on pressure points in your feet, hands, and ears.

  • This is a good option if you’re uncomfortable being touched over your entire body. You can also be fully clothed during this type of massage.

Shiatsu massage is best for people who want to feel relaxed and relieve stress, pain, and tension. It’s a Japanese type of massage that:

  • promotes emotional and physical calm and relaxation

  • helps to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression

  • may relieve headache

  • reduces muscle tension

Shiatsu massage works the whole body, but I may focus on areas of your body that need extra attention. During the massage, I will use my hands, palms, and thumbs to massage certain points of your body. Pulsing or rhythmic pressure is used. You can be fully clothed during this massage.

Shiatsu massage typically last for 60–90 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Shiatsu is a good option if you’re looking for a relaxing massage. It may also help release minor tension.

  • You can be fully clothed during this type of massage.

Thai massage is best for people who want a more active form of massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress. It can also help improve:

  • flexibility

  • circulation

  • energy levels

Thai massage stimulates & opens the spinal column & works the entire body using a sequence of movements that are similar to yogic stretching. I will use my palms and fingers to apply firm pressure to your body. You’ll also be stretched and twisted into various positions. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing during the massage.

Thai massage lasts for 60–90 minutes.

SUMMARY:

  • Thai massage is more active than other forms of massage, and  I will stretch your body in addition to providing a massage.

  • This is another type of massage where you remain fully clothed.

Therapeutic Prostate Massage

rejuvenation (prostatic massage, prostate milking) has been performed for thousands of years in many world cultures, particularly in the Orient.

Option to include/combine lingam massage as this does help to stimulate the prostate and to evaluate the actual flow.

I also believe that prostatitis can mimic floor pelvic issues. Therefore, I include trigger point therapy massage, stretching & advising on home stretches with diet & etc. Provided you are cleared from any other medical issues. I cover all of this in our 1st session with background issues and your recent or last Dr. visits / outcome.
Originally, the purpose of the prostate massage was to turn the man into an excellent lover. Every shah, king and sultan with a harem usually had a monk or a private doctor to perform the prostate massage to keep him in the perfect sexual condition.

In recent years, many medical journals have published articles which advocate the prostate massage as a treatment for chronic prostatitis, prostate disorders, infertility, benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) and sexual problems.

What is the science behind the prostate massage and why is it so very effective for men’s health?

Let’s look at the anatomy. This prostate gland is surrounded by numerous nerves and vessels. The gland is connected to the autonomic nervous system through many inner organs and to the brain through blood hormones released by the testes and the pituitary gland. The Prostate gland is frequently referred to as “the second heart of man.”

When the prostate gland is in a good shape, it sends a healthy message to the pituitary. In its turn the pituitary gland sends messages to other glands such as adrenal, testicles, thyroid etc. to help men to reproduce. As a result, men have plenty of sexual energy, stamina, and mental clarity. The testicles manufacture plenty of testosterone and good quality sperm.

Infection, inflammation, and prostate congestion block the passages and collect prostatic fluids inside these small sacks. These fluids are an easy target for many microbes, viruses and yeasts that cause inflammation-prostatitis. Collected toxic fluids enlarge the prostate; irritate the nervous branches to cause pain and tightness. When the prostate is filled with congested fluids, the message that is sent to the pituitary is to prevent the reproductive process. As the result, the libido and the testosterone levels go down; men become weak, start aging faster and gain weight.

Therapeutic prostate massage milks out the congested fluid (in the same way that a sponge is emptied when it is squeezed), opens passages, shrinks and cleanses the prostate gland. Decreasing the amounts of congested, inflamed and toxic fluids is the main factor in prevention and treatment of prostatitis, BPH, or even cancer. Even the chronic and persistent prostatitis can be improved with the therapeutic prostate massage.

In addition, prostatic massage eliminates adhesions and stimulates blood flow to improve microcirculation. In turn, the prostate receives more blood, oxygen, vital nutrients, and white blood cells to fight with infections.

There is a good reason why the Prostate gland is called “The seat of masculinity” or “Heart of the sexual organs” for. Healthy prostate is related to high levels of testosterone (high libido, better erection). To get strong orgasms, the prostate needs to have open passages, clear liquid prostatic fluid and good, forceful prostatic muscles contraction. Unhealthy prostate results in weak orgasms. Essential action of the prostate massage is to improve the sex lives and to increase libido.

Regular therapeutic prostate massage shrinks the enlarged prostate and decreases the pressure on the urethra thus restoring proper urinal bladder function and urine flow-rate control. In traditional Japanese families, wives often perform prostate massage to promote their partners’ health. In general, Asian men tend to have lower rates of prostate enlargement and cancer than their American counterparts.

Properly done therapeutic prostate massage improves the tonus of pelvic muscles to alleviate urinary incontinence.

The prostate is one of the main players in man’s health, but it is also a time bomb that can explode anytime. 80% of men experience prostate problems in the life, but many do not have a clue about to why or too shy to go to the specialist only to suffer in silence. Because prostate disorders are so very widespread and prevalent, therapeutic prostate massage is a rational therapy for majority of prostate troubles that can affect the health and well-being of the whole person.

Yoni massage

Is this session right for you? This session is based on a physical, emotional & spiritual modality. This is a little different than my tantric sessions. My tantric sessions are guided into a deeper emotional / spiritual level.
This session entails a massage to compliment the massage for the Yoni.
Your choice of massage is welcome. Breath work, meditation & Chakra balancing will be used with the actual yoni massage itself. Why? My belief is that the actual yoni massage is more of a spiritual emotional massage than physical. Through the use of meditation, breath work & Chakra balancing helps to open any blocked areas. Therefore, releasing any blockages along with a visual emotional cleansing of thoughts & emotions that deflect from what doesnt serve you or keep you in a lower state of vibration.

Holistic Spiritual Rejuvenation

This session can be a combination of many services I offer along spiritual holistic rejuvenating type sessions including massag. This may include Yoni Massage, Lingam/massage. What is involved in these sessions are deep meditation with breath work, chakra energy healing with essential oil’s, stones, pendulum, and basically rejuvenation of letting go of old negative energy along with positive affirming energy.
When scheduling for this session please note modalities desired in the comment box. This session has been identified, such as oxytocin and DHEA; some studies suggest that these hormones could have protective qualities against cancers and heart disease. Oxytocin and other endorphins released during male and female orgasm have also been found to work as relaxants.

My goal is to focus more on a spiritual therapeutic level. Therefore, not meeting the needs of the ego/sexual appetite, but bringing more awareness/ understanding in self reflection/ refinement in aligning the body, mind & spirit. Self reflection refinement by whatever may be going on in your life, physical, emotional etc.

Examples: Anxiety, Concentration, Premature Ejaculation, Erection, Intimacy Issues are just a few to mention.

Massage is used to relax the mind, body & spirit.

During a massage, physiological and involuntary changes take place in many body systems, including our nervous, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as our endocrinological (hormone) and immune systems. These changes are the health and wellness benefits that can be attributed to massage, and extend well after the time when a massage has finished.

Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, and there are a number of additional physiological changes that occur and contribute to the overall feeling of relaxation we experience during and post-massage.

Here are the five benefits of massage according to Dr Tomas:

1. Reduction in cortisol levels

When we are stressed, our bodies involuntarily respond by upping our adrenalin levels triggering an automatic response from our nervous system. which releases a ‘stress hormone’ called cortisol.

Studies have shown that massage is one of the most effective ways of reducing the production of cortisol which is responsible for the body’s stress response. It has also been suggested that massage can increase dopamine and serotonin (the hormones that make us feel good) and decrease the levels of vasopressin, a hormone that is believed to play a role in aggressive behaviour.

Too much cortisol (and therefore stress) for prolonged periods of time is not good for your health and can lead to side effects like high blood pressure, lowered immunity and in serious cases heart attacks, strokes and more. Put simply, a relaxation massage encourages your body to slow down the production of cortisol, reducing the strongest contributor to the feeling of stress. By taking time out for a massage. you are giving your body the opportunity to lower the level of cortisol in your body and reset your hormone balance, leaving you relaxed.

2. Reduced tension in the muscles

As you are pressed, rubbed and squeezed during a massage, your muscles are compressed, forcing blood, lymph and the fluid that bathes and surround the cells out of them, taking waste products with them. These are then eliminated out of the body through the urinary tract. A massage kick starts this ‘flushing’ process by increasing your circulation and it’s therefore important to keep your body hydrated with fluids after a massage to help keep it going at this accelerated pace and rehydrate the muscles that were previously filled with the waste products in the fluid.

3. Improved immune system

Research studies have highlighted that a relaxation massage results in the stimulation of the lymphatic system resulting in a slight increase in white blood cells levels — an absolutely necessary player in the body’s immune system and playing a key role in defending the body from disease.

4. Improved mental wellbeing

Massage has been reported to increase levels of serotonin dopamine and neurotransmitters in the body that help reduce depression.

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that regulates a person’s mood. hunger and sleep. Massage promotes the release of serotonin, which promotes a sense of wellbeing thus explaining the positive mood experienced immediately after a massage.

Dopamine, another neurotransmitter which is elevated by massage, helps to form the ‘reward’ system in the brain: a massage which is viewed as a ‘reward’ in this situation induces the same kind of pleasure as, say a glass of wine.

Adrenalin is a hormone that mediates our reaction to stress. Reduction in levels of adrenalin achieved through massage results in lower heart rate and lower blood pressure.

5. Decreased blood pressure

Cortisol causes constriction of blood vessels, which leads to elevation of blood pressure. When you have a massage and the cortisol production levels are lowered, your blood pressure lowers as a result — it’s as simple as that.

The kidneys regulate blood pressure by controlling the amount of water in the blood. When blood pressure lowers, the kidneys are removing water from the blood which they then expel through the bladder. So you’ll want to replace the water lost in this way.

So basically, by having a massage and taking time out to de-stress, you can decrease the hormones that cause anxiety and increase the calming, happy hormones we all so need at this time of year.
