This session consists of a variety of modalities:
Discussion, of what is spirituality, why important, how it affects you, how to obtain a spiritual life to lifestyle. This may be coupled with meditation, breath work
Who may benefit from this session. Those who want to make a lifestyle change, empaths, curious if they are an empath, need help understanding your spiritual awareness, steps to take achieve your goals in whatever areas of spirituality you are seeking.
Every session is Unique as their are no two people & their circumstances are exactly alike & each person may experience this session on a different level. With some, they may only receive pure relaxation, with others, it can be a life changing experience. It really depends on you, how open you are or in need or want of changes to your life. Discussion will take place in the beginning of the session. Many people are becoming aware for the desire to start living a more Holistic life style and turning to Holistic Therapists offering alternative complementary medicine. This alternative complementary medicine consists of Holistic remedies such as meditation, herbs, vitamins, proper nutrition, diet, exercise, massage, reflexology, yoga, spiritual coaching, life coaching, body image, homeopathy, stretching, etc in place of actual Dr. prescribed medication (please note, I will never advise against what your Dr. prescribes or tells you. Only know you have alternatives). Studies show that a more Holistic lifestyle increases longevity. It only makes sense. Get rid of stress = decrease of disease, promoting mental, physical, spiritual health = Health & Wellness.

Building a collaborative relationship. Helping to identify & reach certain goals, devise solutions, actualize potential, achieve positive growth & transformation. I view the client as a whole, capable, & resourceful individual. I prefer my approach to be a non-directive approach, allowing the client to discover their own answers, device & implement their own plan of action, & assess their progress. A non directive approach is more aligned with the overall practice of coaching.
Can you heal your body with meditation?
While meditation hasn't been proven to cure specific ailments, patients report that it can be helpful when used alongside more conventional treatments. Meditation can help reduce anxiety, for one thing, which can potentially cause positive changes in your body.
